Trebbiano Rubicone I.G.T.

Trebbiano vineyards is very well known in the provinces of Emilia and Romagna.

The grape variety is not the only component of this wine, as it is vinified with Pignoletto in order to achieve a more balanced wine in terms of taste, the tones become blurred and overly bitter acids Trebbiano alone.

Flavor: good balance between softness and freshness with final notes of plants
