 “Benedictus” Sangiovese di Romagna D.O.C. Superior

Put together an host and a land lover on time you will have “Benedictus”
This wine is dedicated to Benito Piva Founder of Azienda Agricola Fiammetta.

It is a Sangiovese DOC Superior, at the same time an important and soft wine, made with Sangiovese grapes with the addition of a 20% of Montepulciano grapes ;this allows a decisive contribution of sweet tannins and anthocyanins.

The grapes are grown on lands of medium tend clay, always exposed to the sun, on the Conca Valley.

Cultivation Method: Organic farm
Tenore alcolico: 13% Vol.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Colour: ruby red ruby red with violet hues, clear and fairly consistent. Fragrance: delicate with hints of berries, plum jam and rose
Flavor: fresh with moderate tannins,a sapid finish and a persistent taste.
Food matches: red meat (such as brasato), bresaola, stew,, osso buco, salami, seasoned cheese
Serving temperature:: 18°C.
